Use the help panel if you have any questions, as it is a true treasury of basic and advanced information about how to use the platform. You can access it for free, 24/7, even if you are not logged in to Facebook. You can still use this support channel even if, for example, your account has been hacked or blocked.

However, the effectiveness of this method has diminished over time, and it is highly dependent on how tactful and relevant your approach is.
While some Facebook employees may be approachable on LinkedIn or Twitter, this is not an official support channel. Clicking on it enables you to craft a message to Facebook. Since it concerns a particular issue and is not a random, casual request, it might be seen and answered in a more personalized way even if it addresses a completely different problem now.
Again, there is no confirmation that Facebook will reply and even if they do, the answer may not be satisfactory. However, if you never try then you’ll never know.
#13 Bonus – for desperates
