With that being said, you will be one of the people our clients love and hate the most.

You will be the one building the new relationships and maintaining the existing ones.

Helping our users on calls, as well as in deep discussions with our marketing and product department. 

We are searching for an independent individual with experience from SaaS business (nice to have). 

If you understand the terms such as PQL, SQL, NPS and churn, it is an advantage.

What you'll be responsible for:

• Manage sales process and close deals with potential customers
• Reach out and qualify new leads registered in Kontentino
• Manage prospects from lead gen via demos, with the ability to articulate value proposition, navigate objections and foster relationships
• Maintain activities to avoid churn
• Use our internal tools and maintain the processes, present the outcomes on regular basis 

What will help you succeed ?

• Revenue driven mindset
• 1 year of experience in sales  
• Fluent in business English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build successful client relationships and overcome objections/rejections
• Creativity, humor and independence, good time management
• Experience with customer support

*Salary starts at 1800 EUR and depends on previous experience*
