What is the Challenge?
Kontentino's Customer Support is consistently rated top-notch among our competition. Our engineering team works tirelessly to support our clients, and now we need you to be the crucial link between our technical and non-technical teams. Your role will ensure user issues are translated into technical requirements and communicated effectively.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare solution documentation
- Prioritize tasks and manage communication and information flow between various stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with our CSM team, testers, engineers, and product managers
Only two Requirements:
- A technical mindset paired with excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Desired Abilities:
- Technical Reasoning: Ability to build logical conclusions and contextualize technical inputs.
- Clear Communication: Competence in communicating clearly, both technically and non-technically.
- Basic Testing Skills: Fundamental ability to test software products.
- Logical Thinking: Strong logical thinking for structuring responses and actions.
- Prioritization Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Project Management Understanding: Basic knowledge of project management principles is a plus.

Salary Expectations:
